Designed by Australian chef Simon Robinson, Glasshouse ensures ultimate comfort during your winter holiday. The expansive open-plan lounge extending to the dining area is tastefully decorated, combining minimalistic style with unique traditional influences.

Living Room

The exquisite living area is spacious and light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows hugging the property. Featuring a state-of-the-art fireplace, the lounge provides plush furnishings, warm wooden flooring and splendid views of Mount Yotei.

Dining Room

The dining area is located at the far end of the living space, offering gorgeous views of the woodlands through ample windows. The high-end kitchen provides all the latest appliances and additional seating on the chairs lining the bar.

Glasshouse is a five bedroom chalet. Three rooms come with split beds which can be set up either as a large double bed or two singles. One room has a king-sized bed and the remaining bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds.

Glasshouse Layout

Glasshouse is a stylish two-storey property with five bedrooms spread across the chalet. The ground level includes all five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The first level houses the living area, dining room and kitchen. The traditional Japanese wooden tub is located on the terrace next to the lounge.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Glasshouse is located in Lower Hirafu Village, a three-minute walk from the nearest ski shuttle stop. It takes between 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest restaurants and pubs.
