Shika Living

The massive two-storey chalet has everything you might need on your ski holiday: lavish space, soothing vistas and an exquisite entertainment room, which also doubles as a kids’ playroom to keep them busy in the evenings.

Living Room

Expansive and chic, the modern living area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the snow-covered landscapes. Designed with rich materials and natural tones, the lounge includes a stone fireplace, leather sofas and a large TV. For the kids, there is a separate media room with a huge TV and an array of board games, books and DVDs.

Dining Room

The dining area is an extension of the open-plan lounge, featuring an eight-seater dining table and followed by a well-equipped gourmet kitchen.

Shika Bedrooms

Shika houses five bedrooms. Three rooms come with split beds which can be set up as a king-sized bed or two single beds, while the other two rooms have queen-sized beds.

The first bedroom is located on the lower floor and comes with a split bed which can be set up as a queen or two singles as needed. There is a bathroom attached to the media room next door.

Shika Layout

Shika is built over two floors, housing the living and dining areas, kitchen, media room and one bedroom on the ground floor. The upper level includes the remaining four bedrooms.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Shika Location

Shika is located in the quiet Izumikyo 1 area, close to the main Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. The chalet is only ten minutes on foot from the Hirafu gondola and the nearest ski shuttle stop is only 200 meters away.

Shika Bookings

Ministry of Villas accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal or bank transfer. Once your payment has been processed, we will send you a booking confirmation via email.

Need to Know

  • Min stay: Low/Saver Season: 3 nights, Shoulder/Peak/Powder Season: 5 nights
  • 8-seater van only available for bookings between December-March*
  • Welcome Centre pick up service is only provided for guests arriving between 8am – 8pm*
  • Our rates include Government tax and services. Other websites add this on at the end of the booking!
  • We offer the best rates online and offer a price guarantee to prove it!
  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking
  • Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival
  • Check-in time: 3pm – Check-out time: 10am
