Soseki is a lavish luxury chalet that’s built over three levels, so there’s plenty of room for you and your group to spread out. The chalet’s décor is a stylish mix of Japanese architecture and European furniture with wow factor provided by a Japanese bathtub and two fireplaces.
Soseki’s living areas are housed on the upper level, with beautiful views through full-wall windows. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a stone fireplace, with more seating available on the adjoining terrace with its statement fireplace. There is a TV room with a Bose home theatre system located on the same floor.
The chalet has a large dining table seating up to 12 people, located in the middle of the open-plan living room. At the other end of the room is the chalet’s kitchen which is fully equipped with Miele appliances. During the summer months you can enjoy alfresco meals out on the furnished balcony which also has a barbecue.
Soseki is a six-bedroom chalet with flexible bedding configurations. The two master bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds. Two guest bedrooms come with split king-sized beds which may also be set up as two single beds if need be. One guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The final bedroom is a traditional tatami room which can sleep four.
The first master bedroom is located on the chalet’s middle level and comes furnished with a king-sized bed. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Soseki is built over three floors. The ground floor has a tatami style bedroom, a Japanese bath, a laundry room and ski room. On the middle level, you’ll find four bedrooms. The top floor houses one more bedroom as well as the living and dining areas.
Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Soseki has a central location in the Lower Village in Niseko, Japan. The location is more peaceful than the main village, but you’re still within an easy walk of the main action – the main hub of pubs and restaurants is just 400 metres away. The ski lifts are about 700 metres away, though the ski shuttle stop is much closer.
